A NEIPA (New England IPA) is a style brewed for more fruit aroma and flavor with less bitterness. Softer and fuller than West Coast or pale ale styles

3 hops ( Citra, Mosaic & Krush) DDH'd
Total fruit aroma. Light carbonation in a light tart base. A soft body makes fruit notes prominent in the DDH'd world in which it resides. Each sip is a bouquet of hop flavors with Krush out front. Holding the sip enhances flavor notes. Mosaic balances the craft with earthy aspects. All this fades at each sip end & you begin again with each passing sip. Again the bouquet of flavor will appear.
A blended well done NEIPA for multiple camps.

4 hops (Simcoe, Citra, Comet & Chinook)Fruited & light grass notes waft through aroma. Soft body & light rind beginning will lead to a flavor forward craft even noting mild bittering & carbonation. Balance & blending allows flavors of orange & subtle tropical to become enhanced further in. Consistent bittering aspects remain mild but much needed helping create a well crafted NEIPA style.. Colder preferred but pick your temp.
Hazy, DIPA & NEIPA camps

4 hops (Citra, Citra cryo, Nelson & Anchovy)
Earthy aroma with nuanced fruit notes. Bittering is resinous & weaves throughout. A flavor burst of tropical, orange, peach & grape arrives early & stays late with tropical a bit dominant but does allow others to the party. An earthy notes provides balance. All aspects are involved start to finish. A very light Nelson semi dry note to finish to each sip.
Balanced & blended.
DIPA & Hazy camps

3 hops (Michigan Cooper, Citra & Galaxy)
Multi layer fruit notes in aroma tropical, peach & cherry among others. Flavor will mirror this in a very soft body & medium carbonation. Bittering is noted as a needed, layered balance contribution
Flavor remains intact throughout with additional aspects peeking out further in.
DDHing intensifies all the above creating a craft that NEIPA,DIPA & hazy fans will appreciate.

2 hops (Citra & Mosaic)
Fruited aroma entices you into a soft body & Medium carbonation. Bright flavors pop in medium bittering & shine further with the addition of lupulin bringing out orange, tangerine & peach in no particular order of appearance. Balance between flavor & bitter is immediate & just right. Lightly dry which doesn't detract from the offering which ends smoothly start to finish. Colder was preferred.
A craft for DIPA & NEIPA camps primarily

3 Hops (Citra, Mosaic & Strata)
3 sip rule
Fruited earthy aroma. Tart beginning with medium carbonation. Body vacillates between crisp & soft. Earthy Mosaic notes are on display as a top layer. Begins to soften into flavors of orange, berry & tropical as it warms. Strata is a subtle aspect with a spiced note that blends into the earthy aspects creating a balanced blend. Balance of all aspects is achieved here & throughout.
Leans toward those looking for a blend of contributions

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Citra & Mosaic)
Aroma contributions from both hops. Medium carbonation & bittering. Hops work their magic with orange & peach flavors in a creamy soft body Immediately. Mosaic injects an earthy layer towards each sip end. Each sip provides more flavor & gets better as you go. No one aspect overpowers any other from start to finish making this a very easy to enjoy craft.
Most camps will find this appealing.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, Nectaron & Mosaic)
Fruited aroma. Medium carbonation. Light bittering in a creamy soft body. Flavors of peach, pineapple & orange weave together creating a tapestry that will dominate the offering after the mentioned start. Mosaic provides a light earthy aspect that mixes into flavors & closes each sip. Very nicely balanced in all aspects. An offering for double & hazy camps, but others will find this appealing as well.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 hops (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Idaho 7)
Aroma is light & earthy w / fruit layers. Soft flavors of orange & citrus come forward & mix with a black tea note that remains a subtle actor throughout. Mosaic & Simcoe create a balance of earthy / pine. Black tea gives this offering an interesting difference. Softer & more flavor enhanced as this matures. "Spiced up" notes that finishes nicely.
Multiple contributions make this an intriguing NEIPA

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops ( Krush & Motueka)
Neutral aroma. A visually thick offering that doesn't tell the story. Minimal bittering gives hops the opportunity to provide contributions of light peach & orange blended into an herbal woody base Softens through mid sip & ends lightly flavor dominant.
Motueka is a tricky hop that can dominate a craft but here it doesn't overwhelm as much as balance out with a subtle presence throughout.
True to the NEIPA style.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Mosaic & Galaxy)
Fruit aroma is immediate & inviting. Light carbonation allow flavors of pineapple, orange & tropical to mix & blend in a soft body & minimal Bittering. The combining of only these 2 hops presents a slightly different version of this style as there is no competition for dominance only balance.
Refreshing change of pace.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Motueka, Simcoe & Mosaic)
Mellow fruit & lighty dirty aroma. Soft backbone is propped up with medium carbonation & bittering. A bottom layer compliments of Motueka lays in a woody presence with light Simcoe bittering & Mosaic providing the heavy flavor lift which is dominant. Balance is even between all hops though Flavor is center stage.
Another Cushwa that is as always enjoyable.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 Hops (Citra Dynaboost, hyperboost, Simcoe cryo & Chinook)
A dank & deep aroma that doesn't materialize into the body. While remaining "full" , flavors take the stage with enhanced orange & tangerine notes. Bittering is minimal with Chinook providing the above. A nuanced West Coast woody nature begins & ends each sip. All aspects mellow as you go.
A fuller NEIPA offering than most but this also comes with more enhanced flavor.

1 hop (Citra) Wheat & oat malt.
This is an easy review.
Full citrus flavor of orange. Super soft body with medium carbonation & bittering. Holding the sip brightens the flavor which gets better as you go.
Simply put, this is a completely balanced craft which should appeal to all camps. Well done.

Cool fermented. Super Sauvin (Whirlpooled) & German noble hops. Thiolized yeast
Aroma of the Sauvin hop with a hint of the noble hops addition. Medium carbonation. Malt influence is recognized throughout but remains a backround contributor to falvor. Complete grape aspect & minimzed bittering. The influences of the noble hops kick in at each sip end providing a balanced clean & light ending.
A NEIPA for those camps who prefer less bittering but worth a try by any craft fan.

3 hops (Amarillo, Mosaic & Citra)
Popular NEIPA hops with a little twist being a nutty fruit aroma & lightly dry. Somewhat tart beginning (3 sip rule) with medium bittering that blends intp hop flavors and all remains blended. Orange, tangerine & light tropical aspects are primary with orange being prominent. All others layer underneath. Bittering is in check with DDHing

DDH Double NEIPA
3 hops (Mosaic Amarillo and Citra)
Orange aroma jumps out immediately. Smooth fruit flavors continually mix with light bittering and carbonation. Orange flavor is dominant and comes close to the actual taste of an orange. Slight floral notes wrap around the sip add to the bouquet this craft becomes. Subtle notes of other flavors peek out and all mix with a nice dirty Mosaic ending and take a final fruit flavor bow. This craft will go out the door fast.
