SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
Hop info was vague so ....
Resin & fruit aromas multiple in aspects. A note of nectarine initiated the sip surrounded by light layers of bittering. Orange & piney notes subtly make an appearance from here. All aspects take a bow in each sip Broadening the balance is a soft body & light carbonation.
A well done offering in this style with bonus layers introducing you to possibilities to consider adding to your enjoyment in craft beer world.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 HOPS ( Strata & Mosaic)
Aroma is primarily fruit in nature. Initial High carbonation quickly fades into a burst of flavor aspects of orange & multiple citrus notes that saturate the palette mixing into an earthy layer toward the finish.
Body is a soft envelope for the above. Strata provides an interesting spiced end. Craft mellows as you proceed
An interesting pairing of hops whose contributions blended well creating a craft for multiple camps

Fruit forward aroma with subtle earthy layers.
Medium carbonation & bittering begins the offering & remains throughout. Flavors blend into the above & become pronounced as you go. Aspects balance well into the backbone each taking their turn in the spotlight through each sip with earthy Mosaic notes prominent at the end.
Enhanced flavors a bit warmer.

4 hops (Galaxy, Nelson, Citra & Mosaic)
Aroma is a mix of all hop contributions from fruit to herbal/earthy. A rich creamy oat body & light carbonation will provide a platform for a cornucopia of flavors ranging from orange, peach & grape as well as light pineapple to weave into an earthy Mosaic base. Each sip is consistent & balanced with a dry Nelson finish. Sip 3 begins the appreciation of flavor. Warmer enhanced the above.
A sneaky 8.7%
DIPA & hazy fans will enjoy the most.

2 hops (Citra & Galaxy)
Aroma has a fruit dominance with lightly pined accent.
Bittering opens the offering remaining noticeable throughout. A mix of peach & orange flavors will become the dominant aspect later as it blends into the body. All aspects are balanced . Holding the sip lets flavors start each sip. A tangy citrus ending keeps it's place.
DDHing Created a more flavorful version of their nicely crafted original that will appeal to a wider audience.

1 hop (Mosaic)
Mosaic's earthy aspects dominate the aroma with orange background notes. Medium carbonation & bittering throughout. Flavor is created when holding the sip. Orange notes appear & enhance as the offering warms. Blending & balance are then complete from here on.
This is through & through an IPA. Expected aspects line up as such & are well done. IPA & DIPA camps will find this tasty. Hazy fans may want to look elsewhere

2 hops (Motueka & Nelson)
An interesting combination.
Semi dry Nelson wine aroma. Nelson is the immediate flavor aspect. A noticeable woody Motueka notes & bittering appear on each sip end.
As you go Motueka seems to be attempting a soft dominance to the craft but continually recedes to Nelsons influence becoming a blending, balancing agent. A difficult hop to master. DDH keeps it in check.
As mentioned, an interesting pairing that keeps you guessing where its going. Worth a try

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, Galaxy, Lemondrop)
Aroma begins fruited & lightly dry. Medium carbonation begins each sip. Bittering shines & then recedes into a body of flavor notes of pineapple & orange which is slightly dominant & lightly tart (possibly the 3 sip rule should be enacted). Bittering returns at each sip end fading once again for flavor to control the final act. A back & forth ensues as you go creating a well balanced craft that is ... refreshing

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
1 hop ( Mosaic)
Both hop contributions of earthy & fruit aroma. Medium carbonation mixes flavor into a soft body & bittering which is light letting orange notes into the mid sip & swirl through the above. A return to earthy blends & ends each sip. At this point an interesting twist takes place in that flavor is extended becoming a late but dominant actor helping further the balance in what could be called an understated but well done craft.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops ( Nelson & Motueka)
Mild pleasant aroma from both hops. Soft body helps elevate Nelson forward on full display. Motueka is a continuous backround layer which is provided space to develop further in each sip ending with a nice balanced bite. Nelson is always the dominant aspect. Flavor is enhanced warmer.
A well done craft that handles Motueka well

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, Mosaic & Wai iti)
Dominant bitter aroma with layered fruit notes. Full soft body guides you into initial bittering, earthy notes & medium carbonation. A weave begins with flavors of orange & peach with light citrus notes peeking through & riding over top of the above in mid sip. Earthy is the predominant throughout. Holding the sip offers the complete essence & balance in the offering. All temps bring the same result in aspect.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Citra & Amarillo)
Deep fruit aroma of peach, orange & nectarine. Bittering is immediate but backs off giving way to flavors in a light tart wrapping. Bittering returns in a balanced blending. Oats keep the backbone soft giving a 3 layered craft of bittering, flavor& blend ending in a deep rooted sip creating a quality craft. Offering mellows warmer but all temps are enjoyable.

5 hops (Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Centennial & Columbus)
This hop profile is a popular West Coast style as well. A mixed aroma of more citrus than bitter but both can be noticed & remain so start to finish. Medium carbonation is the initial greeting followed by bittering which is consistent throughout. Grapefruit & orange flavors layer further in & blend into the offering as it warms. A soft body helps in all regards to the balance & blending.
WC & IPA fans will gravitate to this one.

3 hops ( Amarillo, Centennial & Columbus)
Herbal/woody aroma with light "floral" aspects.
West Coast hops influence this craft start to finish. A balanced dance of contributions between bittering & flavor both light in nature. No dominance of either is achieved just a back & forth weaving throughout each sip. Flavor begins & bittering ends.
This is what an American IPA is, West Coast primary. Crisper than its cousins. This offering is a bit lighter than others making it suitable for other camps.

3 hops (Amarillo, Mosaic & Simcoe)
Mixed fruit aroma. Medium carbonation & consistent bittering Earthy in nature. All the above mix into flavors of pineapple, orange & the most subtle grapefruit that ends each sip. Oats keep the body soft allowing hops to shine. Honey is the last act adding a sweet layer underneath and achieves the desired result.
A bit complex but is blended well with a very nice balance.
This is a true IPA in all aspects meaning hazy fans should look elsewhere.

3 hops ( Amarillo, Simcoe & Galaxy)
3 sip rule ...
Neutral aroma & a bit higher in carbonation. Soft body. Bittering initiates the offering & remains noticeable throughout but leaves the door open for flavor. Simcoe provides bittering as well as flavor as does Galaxy aspects of which are soft & blend into a citrus weave.
Balance is achieved by sip 3 & remains.
Light, Fruit forward & easy to enjoy. Colder Preferred.
A nice example of an IPA that other camps would enjoy as well.

German pilsners are brewed with Mittelfruh, Hallertau, Tettnanger, Hersbrucker & Spalt hops.
Toasty malt aroma. Toasty biscuit flavor in a crisp, light body. Floral notes chime in towards each sip end blending into a balance. Holding the sip enhances this aspect. Bittering is an important factor in this style & the offering doesn't disappoint.
A European style worth a try

Sweet wheat & yeast aroma. Medium carbonation & a crisp body. Flavors range from floral & herbal. This is a combination of yeast esters (fruit flavors) & hop bittering that help neutralize them from becoming completely dominant. Holding the sip enhances this profile. Bittering is minimal. A light spiced ending closes the sip.
Wheat beers are usually fuller but this offering is a mild, delicate craft easily enjoyed. More so at 45 degrees which seems the perfect temp.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
Locally sourced ingredients.
Aroma matches the name. A milder bittering is your start but a blend begins right away into the additional contributions. Mid sip presents notes of coffee & smooth cream flavors that mellow the offering blending smoothly into the body. As this warms a sweet cream essence becomes an actor in all the above & ends each sip well balanced.
A nicely crafted stout with all contributions always present through each sip.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Azacca & Galaxy) With Habanero
Deceiving fruit aroma. Flavor is forward at the beginning but Habanero wait for this to recede before taking center stage for the duration of each sip. Flavor maintains a position but habanero is the dominant force in a crisp body & some carbonation that helps prop up all the above. A good hop choice to add flavor aspects & balance.
This craft will provide the heat for any dinner you feel needs it.
Nicely done.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
5 hops (Azacca, Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo & Idaho 7)
3 sip rule ...
Aroma is a mix of hops in medium carbonation & a semi soft body lightly crisp. Bittering is initial & consistent. Sip 3 is where flavor starts to appear in the above. Sip 4 continues the enhancement Still remaining layered & through aroma. As it warms flavor is profiled but bittering , though not overwhelming remains out front.
A nice balance overall that will appeal to IPA,WC & some hazy fans.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
1 hop (Cluster) One of the oldest American hops used for this style.
Toasty malt aroma. Crisp body & Medium carbonation begin the offering. Cream ale nature through the sip. Then at each sip end if you hang & wait popcorn flavor peeks through to provide an interesting end. The offering softens & sweetens as you go further in with floral notes drifting through the sip. From aroma to body & flavor it's light, refreshing & crushable... with a twist

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, Centennial & Cascade)
Deceiving malty aroma with subtle fruit notes. Flavors do not match the above with deep citrus orange wrapped in floral notes. The 88 IBU is the responsibility of the West Coast hop influences. It remains throughout with a more noticeable presence towards the end of each sip. Body is crisp & carbonation on the lighter side affording all hops to contribute in the intended manner.
A bit more bite than other DIPAs

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, Mosaic & Amarillo)
Blended fruit aroma & a sense of light Mosaic blending to come.
Soft body & medium carbonation. Earthy Mosaic aspects begin this craft. All hops contribute to multiple fruit flavors in a nicely mixed blend. All Mosaic notes are ever present & at times may seem to dominate but never overwhelms the craft.
Warmer blends better / creates full enjoyment of every expectation.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Citra, El Dorado & Mosaic)
Mixed fruit aroma with earthy undertones.
Medium carbonation mellows into each sip with multiple citrus flavors contributed by all 3 hops. Earthy Mosaic is start to finish. A lighter body that expected but this doesn't detract from the offering.
What makes this a more crafty offering is a flavor blending through each sip that couldn't be identified. A fruit/grain duo but it added to the flavor.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 hops (Chinook,Lotus,El Dorado,Mosaic)
The aroma of fruit & bouquet is immediate. This flavor "bouquet" continues with all hops contributing & pushing flavors forward through each sip. Light Chinook bittering keeps this offering honest. The elimination of Sabro creates an entirely different craft. Silky & soft. Body props up all aspects.
DDHing enhanced every aspect including the sneaky 9.5% in a hop mix that works.

5 hops (Chinook,Lotus,El Dorado,Mosaic & Sabro)
Fruit aroma with earthy notes will lead you into a lightly tart beginning mixed in medium carbonation & light bittering. A floral/fruit dominance is the primary aspect with no one hop taking control, more so a balanced blending that gives you multiple taste notes from start to finish. Any bittering & herbal notes remain behind the above with a solid backbone supporting the entire offering.
A well done example of an IPA

Most likely German hops or the American equivalent. Malts are smoked over a fire with Beechwood the most popular choice.
Smoky bacon aroma. Crisp & clean as expected. Fruit & bacon notes more pronounced when the sip is held & blending takes place. Both aroma & flavor are constantly present. All aspects are light & orderly & create a pairing that is pleasant & tasty. Well worth a try.
If they made an egg Kolsch you'd have the perfect breakfast duo. It's a comfort thing

Hops aren't the main aspect in this style as malts provide the main flavor with other adds in the process.
Aroma is lightly dank & toasty. Bittering is medium through each sip blending into an orange nuance. The offering begins to balance & mellow into a lightly crisp body & light carbonation. A few notes of unknown origin add to the offerings interesting flavor notes all woven into a subtle ABV kick.
A different take on an old style

2 hops (Citra & galaxy)
A neutral aroma of lightly mixed notes. Initial "light" American bittering that lingers through each sip. Flavor becomes a contributing factor soon after & blends beginning with a subtle nutty aspect followed by citrus, light grapefruit & nuanced tropical flavor. Each sip finishes clean & smooth.
The creative use of these hops in a brown ale results in a crushable, full bodied flavor filled ale that begs for a steak or ribs

No hop info.
This offering starts out with soft peach aroma that continues into the flavor mixing with subtle notes of grape & white wine. A lightly carbonated body that leans velvety soft giving the flavors all due respect to guide you through each sip. Bittering as well minds its place keeping this consistently balanced. A nuanced earthy ending.
A very mellow craft that can appeal to most camps in craft beer world.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 hops (Chinook, Talus, Crystal & Motueka)
Talus imparts mixed aromas of fruit & herbs. Taking in the aroma as you sip produces a subtle hint of cherry that leads you into light bittering & resinous notes. Mid sip begins a blending of peach flavor with other layered aspects that will somewhat dominate. though bittering is continuous but behaved. All hops find their place nicely in this craft & become a bouquet & tapestry

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Nelson, Citra & Motueka)
Soft grape aroma in a silky soft body. Medium carbonation & light bittering begins this offering. Grape & citrus in that order proceed to take over & provide flavor that is woven into a playful Motueka bittering layer which is blended just right. Complete balance.
This has definite New Trail influence throughout making its ability to keep you interested in the next sip.
All camps will enjoy this collaborative craft

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
A true WC aroma lets you know what is coming. An immediate blending of bittering & fruit notes though initially bittering triumphs. This changes a bit further in as the offering mellows into a more flavor influence & the body lets the hops shine in all aspects as well as keeping the backbone crisp. This craft is smooth due to a well paired trio of hops. If you enjoy this style check this out

1 hop (Citra)
Stout aroma with a light Citra fruit aspect. Begins "Stouty" in bittering & body which is soft. While bittering will remain a constant through each sip, the offering begins to mellow into a Citra influence in taste as well. The blend continues from here for the rest of the offering.
Warner was preferred if you look for more fruited flavors notes.
A black IPA is an acquired taste unless you're a stout or WC craft fan but it may be time to expand horizons

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
1 hop ( Cryo fresh Simcoe)
Fruit aroma with no indicated bittering. This continues into a light crisp body & Medium carbonation. Cryo influences all aspects with citrus flavors which are dominant & remain so thereafter. Bittering is to be expected & shows up but is never an overwhelming contribution.
Expecting a West Coast IPA? Won't really find it here as opposed to a well flavored craft regardless of title or stle.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Citra & Falconers Flight )
A light malt aroma & flavor retains a bit of the same. From there Citra orange contributions enter into the offering which softens things up in clean, crisp body. Medium carbonation as expected in this style.
A pure WC craft yet lightly nuance by Citra. Falconers Flight keeps higher bittering in check from start to finish. Just enough of every WC aspect that the style demands.

Minimal if any hops.
Porters rely more on malts and flavor additions for the outcome.
Stout like aroma & beginning. Aspects lighten into the porter realm in light carbonation. Additions were added in conditioning leaving any hops & malts to do the heavy lifting which is done well.
As you hold the sip flavors of chocolate, coffee, Vanilla & Hazelnut become enhanced.
Not overly bitter due to more mellow additions. A nice sipping offering.
