English & European style ales & pilsners

Classic English hops produce a higher IBU & earthier aspects. Yeast strains impart a fruity flavor. This style has a maltier presence in aroma & flavor. Body will be crisp as opposed to soft. ABV is usually lower.

1 hop (Calista)  Aged in American Oak

Callista is primarily an aroma hop but can impart fruit notes in flavor.

 Toasty, malty aroma with biscuit notes. Quite effervescing as is customary in this style. Body is crisp & clean. 

 Conditioning in oak imparts a deeper layer of flavor when blended with honey creating depth of aspects.

 Hoppy undertones are a blend of floral with light bittering.  Finishes lightly.

 An interesting twist on an old style.

Notch (VT) French Disko French style Pilsner 4.5%

 Spunded & open fermented

  A light malt aroma. Body is light & crisp. Toasty & sweet floral flavor with very light bittering on the end. Flavor opens up as the offering warms.

Very crushable & a pleasant change from your normal pilsner awaits you with this offering.

Guilford Hall (MD) British Ale

 1 hop (Cascade)  Whirlpooled to provide more flavor and less vegetal residue.

  Malty toasty aroma greet you. Flavor is a combination of light fruit & malts with medium bittering & carbonation.

 Blending becomes more pronounced as this warms becoming more influenced by floral & fruit aspects in flavoring. 

 Crisp & clean as a British ale is supposed to be.
