This style adds hops post fermentation for less bittering creating more flavor & aroma

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Mosaic & Cashmere)
Earthy aroma lightly fruited notes. Medium carbonation & a body a bit crisper the expected initially. Flavor is the unanimous decision in the offering with contributions of lightly tart orange, tangerine & oddly enough when the sip is held blueberry (that may be just me) Earthy is always present through the sip but provides only a bottom layer for balance. All aspects are light & blended well. Flavor is dominant.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
1 hop (Citra) with some unidentified additions.
Toasty malt aroma with subtle fruit notes. Higher carbonation leaving the impression of a light craft. Lemon is primary but allows for other citrus notes in a crisp body unusual to the style. Bittering is minimal & resinous. Quite refreshing colder.
If you're looking for the pillow soft hazy, it's not here. A crisp & refreshing twist to the style showing changes that can create a well done craft.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Cashmere, Citra & Amarillo)
3 sip rule ...
Earthy dry aroma with fruit notes. Amarillo bittering begins adding fruit notes as well. while bittering seems dominant fruit notes begin to appear by sip 2 adding layers & balance. A medium backbone provides the opportunity for aspects to blend. All hops signed this craft in contributions.
Colder will invite IPA fans. Warmer will provide a spot for other camps to check this out.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Mosaic, Cascade & Centenial)
Very light fruit aroma. A lightly dank beginning. Bittering is also light & blends into a soft body. Flavors begin to appear by sip 3 in an earthy aspect those being primarily citrus. All aspects weave into a back & forth contest but pair together well while doing so.
Colder creates more WC influences, warmer enhances flavor.
A hazy IPA with WC contributions is an interesting change.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
6 hops (Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado T90, Nectaron Cryo, Motueka Hop Kief)
Fruited, woody aroma. The woody aspects initially dominate in a drier atmosphere. Each sip brings forward more hop flavor influences of citrus orange & soft peach & pineapple. Holding the sip softens the offering towards orange.
Not a hazy as expected. All aspects balance but Bittering remains lightly dominant throughout.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops ( Motueka & Azacca)
Smooth tropical aroma. A light tart beginning with notes of pineapple 1st & tropical 2nd. A blend begins around sip 3 & remains intact from there. Motueka presents itself with woody / spiced aspects & layers in nicely with the above, noticeable but not an overpowering influence. Bittering is relegated to the bottom of each sip.
An interesting blend of hops bringing you flavor & woody in a full body.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Pacifica & Motueka)
A lightly dank aroma. Initially carbonated & while a dank reception is expected it never materializes though it does remain a constant in the offering. Pacifica offers multiple aspects of floral, spice & fruit flavors that blend into the the craft. All aspects were light in nature.
While not as fruit forward as some Hazy IPA's the hop combination is interesting & provides notes that set this apart from the rest.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 HOPS ( Strata & Mosaic)
Aroma is primarily fruit in nature. Initial High carbonation quickly fades into a burst of flavor aspects of orange & multiple citrus notes that saturate the palette mixing into an earthy layer toward the finish.
Body is a soft envelope for the above. Strata provides an interesting spiced end. Craft mellows as you proceed
An interesting pairing of hops whose contributions blended well creating a craft for multiple camps

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops ( Superdelic & Nectaron)
Tropical & berry aroma. Medium carbonation that continues through each sip. Begins a bit dry & lightly tart but mellows into a nectaron citrus flavor that then dominates each mid sip. Superdelic berry aspects weave into flavor & create an enjoyable blend.
Body is soft & promotes DDHing for promoting flavors that become the main aspect early & late.

2 hops ( Nelson & Citra)
3 sip rule ...
Orange & light white wine grape aroma in that order. Full body & light carbonation. Flavors are immediate with Citra orange dominating throughout. Nelson grape influences the above mellowing flavor aspects further in. Bittering is relegated to a layer for balance only..
A full flavored, full bodied DIPA that will draw in fans of multiple camps.

Tropical/earthy aroma. Medium carbonation & semi crisp body. Bittering is medium. Dominance is given to tropical, pineapple & peach flavors with earthy/pine notes backing up the above to end each sip. Lightly dank.
An interesting mix of hops that creates an interesting craft.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Nelson & Pacific Sunrise)
Herbal & fruit aroma. Medium carbonation. Subtlely tart with initial bittering that gives way to grape & tropical flavor notes. The yeast & malts creates an interesting base for Nelsons' white wine drier aspects which is also lightly earthy.
Warmer provides more flavor. A completely different offering in balance & blending making for an interesting craft.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Citra & Amarillo)
3 sip rule ...
Citrus & fruit aroma. Lightly tart & zesty beginning leads to medium carbonation & bittering. Flavors are blended nicely & are promoted above all else.
Colder was preferred for a refreshing craft, warmer enhanced flavor & body. the 12 oz can & 6.5 ABV makes this an opportunity for more than one.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Citra & Mosaic) with Oats.
Aroma mixes Oats & hops into a mellow blend. Light carbonation to start. A nuance mango note is introduced briefly that then gives the stage back to citrus & orange flavor. Oats provide a soft body for flavors to ride & blend. Mosaic gives this offering earthy bittering throughout which keeps the craft moving in the right direction start to finish.
All aspects are light, flavor forward & refreshing

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 hops (Mosaic, Ekuanot & Citra)
Fruit aroma. Light carbonation. Flavors are out front, light in nature but remain the essence of the offering. Bittering is minimal but identified in layers start to finish.
A bit drier but this doesn't detract from the craft.
This comes across as a mix of West Coast & Hazy influences.
Light, crisp, & refreshing in all aspects & at 4.5% makes this quite crushable

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 hops (El Dorado, Strat, Azacca & Krush)
Dominant fruit aroma somewhat muted. Immediate higher carbonation. Body is light as is bittering.
El Dorado & Krush Provide most of the flavor aspects & are enhanced when each sip is momentarily held giving the chance to blend. A nuanced earthy mid layer as this warms. Strata provides the spiced ending which is just right.
Very light in all aspects making this easily enjoyed. Cold was preferred

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME

easily enjoyed regardless of whatever camp you reside in.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME

A light dry finish refreshes the offering mixing into all the above.
A hazy IPA ready for all camps. Minimal ABV invites yet another in your evening session

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Nelson & Cascade)
Soft aroma that leans Nelson. Medium carbonation that mixes into a body that gives up the stage to flavor notes of grape & orange. Bittering is light, earthy & relegated to sip end. No aspect hangs around to dominate as much as mixing into a bright, clean & balanced offering start to finish.
Aptly named

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
3 Hops ( Citra, Motueka, & Luminosa)
3 sip rule please ...
Begins with a light earthy & tart citrus aroma. Flavors match this with a bit of initial bittering. A soft body introduces itself & pushes flavors of orange & peach forward from then on as the offering warms. A nuanced spice & light dry aspect finishes the sip. A lighter hazy craft in all aspects.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
5 Hops ( Citra, Krush, Dry hopped with El Dorado, Nelson & Sabro)
A tropical & grape aroma drifts out to greet you. The same aspects are represented in flavors. While lightly dry at times flavors are the overwhelming factor & all hop flavors share the spotlight equally. Dry hopping enhances this as well throughout each sip. The backbone keeps this craft light & refreshing.

3 hops (Simcoe, Mosaic & Vic Secret)
Vic Secret is a higher Alpha hop which lends toward a bit more bittering than some hazy fans may have experienced but don't despair. Its flavor aspects pairs well with its counterparts. Pineapple aroma lets you know Vic Secret is in control with tropical flavor note. From the start the bittering backbone pushes all fruit notes along in each sip & ends again out front. Body is full. A bit danker in flavor due to the tropical fruit nature.

3 hops ( Chinook, Sabro & Strata)
This begins with a mild West Coast aroma nuanced with light fruit & a malt presence. Chinook bittering provides the entrance into medium carbonation with Sabro mid sip fruit notes. Holding the sip makes this more identifiable. Strata is our end to each sip giving herbal & spice aspects. Blending becomes apparent as this warms.
The somewhat crisp body makes this lean a bit towards a West Coast style when cooler & becomes closer to the hazy side thereafter

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
2 hops (Pink Boots Blend & Citra)
Deep citrus & herbal aroma. Medium carbonation & light bittering. Sip 2 produces a soft flavor aspect that leans peach, orange & subtle sweet candied notes which dominate blending into the herbal/pine accents that factor into each sip end. A softer body props up all the above

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
1 hop (Mosaic)
Complete Mosaic aroma of fruit & earthy components. 1st sip is a blend of the same. Earthy with light bittering & a fruit citrus ending. Carbonation is light & body crisp yet pleasingly soft. Entire craft remains the same start to finish using this hop, malts & conditioning in unison

5 hops ( Galaxy, Lotus, Nelson, Citra & Phantasm)
What seems a dank aroma is not indicative of future events. While this starts off a bit bitter & carbonated this gives way to multiple flavor aspects. Most prominent seem to be Phantasm, Nelson & Lotus giving us mixed tropical & candied notes with the other actors chipping in citrus contributions late into each sip. A subtle vanilla ending is a nice touch. Body is soft & engages all the above. Colder was preferred.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME
4 hops (Strata, Nelson, Citra & Riwaka).
Riwaka tropical fruit aroma with notes from its partners. Medium carbonatio & light bittering. Flavor aspects of all 3 hops blend as you venture in wu=ith Nelson being most identifiable (grape) & citra (orange) with Riwaka (tropical) layered in Strata provides the light spiced ending & balance with a light dry finish. All aspects (body, carbonation & flavor ) are light keeping this easy to consume.

4 hops (Citra Columbus, Nectaron & Cash mere)
Tropical fruit aromas impart a hazy IPA start. Multiple flavors from all hops blend into the body & remain intact throughout. Light carbonation & bittering. All hop contributions are on display with Columbus light bittering qualities being the balancer thereby avoiding a juice bomb.
Enjoyably mellow would be the term start to finish as this style should be.
