* Dancing Gnome & Aurora *
3 hops (Citra, Galaxy & Mosaic)
Complete mixed sensual fruit aroma that draws you in. Lightly bitter to start but all 3 hops oil properties press the fruit flavors to the front showing off orange, peach & pineapple that remain dominant. Blending of all aspects keeps a perfect balance. A pillow soft body & light carbonation promote all the above.
3 hops that pair well together & combine in this craft to create another quality offering from this brewer.
1 hop (Mosaic)
Earthy aroma with peach notes that peek out & lead you into each sip. Begins as well lightly earthy & semi dry.Further along other hop contributions blend into the offering those being subtle berry & peach. The soft body binds the aspects together.
While earthy seems to lightly prevail the fruit aspects continually balance this out & come forward further as you go. No one factor overwhelms any other making this an easy to enjoy 6.8% craft.
2 hops (Strata & Citra)
Aroma is a contribution of both hops fruity & herbal
Medium carbonation to start with medium bittering. Grapefruit & pineapple flavors are out front but holding the sip this softens into notes of orange in a soft body. Balance is achieved but bittering remains consistent. Strat's spicy aspect is late to the game but makes an appearance & brings each sip home. A bit warmer was preferred.
Nicely done for the IPA camp.
Cool fermented. Super Sauvin (Whirlpooled) & German noble hops. Thiolized yeast
Aroma of the Sauvin hop with a hint of the noble hops addition. Medium carbonation. Malt influence is recognized throughout but remains a backround contributor to falvor. Complete grape aspect & minimzed bittering. The influences of the noble hops kick in at each sip end providing a balanced clean & light ending.
A NEIPA for those camps who prefer less bittering but worth a try by any craft fan.
