Miscellaneous Styles

Here you may find styles different to your regular choices

Crooked Stave (CO) Wild Sage Saison 7%

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME

Brewed with white sage & lemongrass. Floral / herbal aroma. Hints of lemongrass drift through nicely.

An herbal beginning with medium carbonation. Sage blends with lemongrass & is surrounded by a crisp body. Floral aspects are always layered bot add an aroma nuance continually through the offering.

Very down to earth & not as tart as some saisons. If you prefer herbal over hops this is a nice change.

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME

Common hops used in this style are Czech Noble, Tettnanger & Hallertau to create multiple influences throughout.

 Looks can be deceiving ...

Sweet fruit notes in a malty / toasty aroma. Subtle sweet flavors appear in a soft body of malts & light bittering that weaves between the flavors & malts. Is also the last contributor at each sip end. All aspects are equal & balanced.

A well done offering for fans of this style & for those looking for a change.
