DH pilsner. Dry hopping enhances hop flavors & aromas. Extended lagering makes this crisp & bright
2 hops (Hallertau Blans & Czech saaz) added post fermentation.
3 sip rule.
Lightly bitter to start. Malts are present immediately but are not overbearing. Holding the sip floral notes come forward. Mid sip you connect with the Saaz hop. Bittering remains a constant in the weave & all aspects blend into a white wine Blanc finish.
Crisp & clean throughout & at 4.8% this is a more than one session beer.
A well done offering
Utilizes Noble hops & Barley malts for floral flavor & toasty crisp aroma & body
European in style with malty sweet aromas. Higher carbonation gives way to the floral aspects of the saaz hop in a full crisp & clean body. Bittering is left to the end of each sip & mixes into the above.
All aspects draw on the true pilsner style & make for a quality offering. An opportunity to try a new to our shop offering not to be passed on
Aroma is the contribution of both hops & malts. Crisp, toasty & lightly sweet. Lightly dry to start but fades or blends into the body. Each sip brings out more flavor notes & by sip 3 you're enjoying all aspects of a German lager brewed true to standards dating back centuries. 50 degrees was preferred as is customary
