2 hops (Chinook and Simcoe)
Earthy grapefruit aroma invites you in. An orange nuance teases the beginning and is mated with medium bittering and a lightly spiced ending. Body and carbonation soften the flavor as this warms. Orange is continually present and the back and forth of all aspects is nicely balanced and keeps you in this offering. WC hops with IPA values well done.
3 hops (Azacca, Amarillo, and Motueka) DIPA 8.3%
Fruited aroma with subtle woody notes. Deep soft body. Multiple aspects of fruit, woody and bittering compliments of all hops. While you may not be familiar with these hops they blend perfectly and follow aroma. If you know them all hops are identifiable. A DIPA using 3 hops that create a craft quite good, interesting and worthy of your attention from a brewer known for new ideas to enhance your craft beer experience.
3 hops (BRU1, Citra and HBC586)
HBC586 is an aroma hop with multiple fruit aspects.
BRU1 is a late boil hop that enhances the flavor in other hops . HBC gives you tropical/floral aromas and light pineapple notes.
Very light bittering. Citrus and tropical flavors
are a balanced medley through each sip.
A soft body is consistent. The balanced nature
seems to indicate late boil or dry hopped.
A light yet refreshing dry essence finishes
out each sip. Enjoyable at any temp.
Citra ,Mosaic and Simcoe. 6.5%
A different brewing process brings out a new look at these hops. The expected flavors are replaced with more body and mouthfeel. Lemon is dominant in aroma and flavor with other aspects lightly background. Body and carbonation are equal. Flavor is consistent throughout with very light bittering. The earthy ending keeps this balanced. The experimental process will appeal to those looking for a craft a bit more tart. Again, warmer shows all aspects.
Citra, Strata and Nelson
Strata begins our journey with a grapefruit aroma. Lightly tart to begin that fades into medium carbonation. Flavors begin with the same Strata influence and mix into an earthy mid sip and end with subtle grape aspects that soften the above as the craft warms. Oats provide a soft body giving all hops a base to blend into and flavors mix into a nicely done ending

4 hops:
(Strata, Cashmere, Citra and El Dorado)
Aroma is a pleasant mix
of pineapple and tangerine.
Very light carbonation and
bittering keeps the flavor
contributions front and center.
Pineapple , peach, orange and
nectarine in no particular
order. A light Strata spiced
ending completes the offering.

4 hops
(Galaxy, Mosaic, Columbus and Citra) 8%
We find Columbus hops primarily in WC styles as its high alpha content
provides bittering while still imparting
fruit aroma which it does here.
Fruit flavors from all hops come forward from the 1st sip remaining forefront and leaves bittering to
lightly end each sip. An interesting weave of all flavors these hops
offer that is the nature of this offering.
Body is soft but a bit flat which doesn't affect the outcome.
DIPA and hazy fans will enjoy
2 hops (Mosaic & Citra) 7%
3 sip rule ...
Aroma contributions from both hops. Medium carbonation and bitterness. Hops work their magic by providing citrus and fruit flavors. Mosaic gives this the earthy ending. Each sip gives way to more fruit flavor and gets better as you go. Crisp & clean in a soft body. Easy to drink.dd a description about this item
