So Many Beers So Little Time

Evil Twin (CT)

*Use menu to navigate back*

Our 2nd most popular IPA 6.5% WC

3 hops (Citra, Simcoe & Columbus)

Columbus seems the primary hop in this craft imparting woody herbal aromas & a very light dank undertone which does not overpower in any way. Nicely  carbonated.  Lightl dry with medium bittering.  When the fruit layers come forward this offering is tied together in all aspects from woody to herbal ,bitter to fruit.

Refreshingly crisp making it easy to crush a few in a session. Probably the mellowest WC we've reviewed in a while

Evil Twin/Trillium Corner of George St & Shawmut Rd 7.2%

    2 hops (Columbus & Citra)

                 3 sip rule please

Dank fruit aroma which may be the influence of Columbus. This doesn't indicate what's to come.

Columbus imparts its earthy bittering notes that then mix with the citrus & orange flavors of Citra. Holding the sip flavors shine & dominate after sip 3. Medium carbonation & though hazy the offering is somewhat crisp.

The blend & balance is clean & will be welcomed by WC & IPA camps

Hubbards Cave (IL)

Hubbards Cave (IL) Calm Classroom IPA 7%

New

1 hop (Mosaic)

Light in all aspects Carbonation, bittering, flavor & body. Completely balanced & layered with each aspect being identifiable & taking turns throughout each sip creating a "calm" IPA that can be enjoyed by any camp in craft beer world
