Double Hop Beard 8.5% DIPA
4 hops (Amarillo,Citra,Mosaic & Simcoe Interesting profile. A drier hop aroma to start. Light bittering & a fruit/floral bouquet brought on by Mosaic and Amarillo. While the body is soft it maintains a WC crispness. Aspects blend and work together throughout.
Bold yet light in nature with a semi dry finish. You don't realize the ABV is 8.5% due to the light nature of this craft.. A unique offering that will satisfy most camps.

Tale of two Kitties DDH Hazy 7.2%
4 hops (Strata, Nelson, Citra & Riwaka).
Riwaka tropical fruit aroma with notes from its partners. Medium carbonatio & light bittering. Flavor aspects of all 3 hops blend as you venture in wu=ith Nelson being most identifiable (grape) & citra (orange) with Riwaka (tropical) layered in Strata provides the light spiced ending & balance with a light dry finish. All aspects (body, carbonation & flavor ) are light keeping this easy to consume.

An interesting 3 sip IPA.
Sip 1 begins tart & carbonated (Medium which is start to finish) & lightly dry with a hint of the multiple fruit flavors to come.
Sip 2 softens into these citrus flavors & produces light bittering.
Sip 3 balances out the entire offering with an earthy & lightly spiced ending finishing the craft smoothly
At 6.5% a 2 per session craft is both possible & enjoyable
8th Orbit 8% DIPA
5 hops ( Citra Galaxy Nectaron Nelson and Hallertau Blanc)
Nelson and Hallertau produce a dry wine aroma and contribute later to flavor. A soft body, minimal bittering and medium carbonation. Completely multi fruit flavored from orange peach citrus and the above mentioned grape. The expected dry wine finish never materializes. All hops balance and blend continuously.
Hazy tropical fans, this is a craft that needs your attention. All craft beer lovers as well.
