SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME.
3 hops ( Citra, Waimea & Mosaic)
The looked for citrus fruit arma signature to this brewer jumps out. A soft body & light Mosaic earthy undertones mix into medium bittering front to back in each sip. Flavors journey from orange to tangerine & tropical & are well balanced & blended with no dominant player in flavor. Resinous medium bittering stays in its place letting flavor ride point. The body ensures all the above remain intact.
SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME.
3 hops (Simcoe, Nelson & Peacharine)
Inviting bright peach aroma. Hold the sip to get an enhanced flavor burst of the same with additional factors. A soft body gives Nelson its spot in the offering to provide the contribution of white wine aspects into the mix at every sip end with a lightly dry yet semi sweet influence. Light bittering keeps all the above in place. Any temp works with this craft
1 hop (Galaxy)
3 sip rule please. High in myrcene oil Galaxy provides more enhanced fruit flavor & aroma over bitter.
Subtle herbal aroma underneath a fruit bouquet. Light bitter beginning is immediately overtaken & balanced by peach, tangerine & citrus flavor that dominate going forward. While the herbal notes & bittering are backround present they always recede letting maximum flavor dominate. The soft body helps in this aspect.
A well done representation of what Galaxy can impart
3 hops (Mosaic, Anchovy & Amarillo)
Don't freak out, it's not what you think. It's an Anchovy hop.
Multiple fruit aromas from all hops. Lower carbonation & a spft body. Bright citrus flavors are the major flavor contribution with pine & bittering hiding in layer providing the needed balance to complete the offering. A very subtle Mosaic earthy ending.
Well balanced in all aspects
3 hops ( Citra, Nectaron & Riwaka)
Aroma teases you into this offering followed by a bright burst of robust flavor in a silky soft body. Light bittering weaves its way into the mix creating a bottom for the nuanced herbal ending to each sip.
An absolute flavor forward offering that will appeal to any hazy fan as well as NEIPA camps & at 8.4% this is complete in all aspects
1 hop (Rakua) A higher myrcene oil hop that lends itself more to aroma & flavor.
Citrus aroma begins the craft. Light to medium carbonation that masks initial bittering & opens the door to flavors which are enhanced when holding each sip spotlighting multiple fruit aspects in a soft body. this remains intact & balanced from each sip start to end.
A nice example of a NEIPA
No hop info. Papaya, mango aroma. Light carbonation & bittering. Subtlety tart but mostly sweet & tropical in flavor enveloped in a soft body. Earthy spiced notes balances the offering & ends each sip. No one aspect dominates making this a well done representative in the NEIPA style.
Perhaps a bit more tart than hazy fans may like but not enough to avoid EXPANDING YOUR BEER HORIZONS
Light earthy aroma and a hint of upcoming flavors. Earthy Mosaic and Cascade bittering starts us off and immediately mix with all 3 iterations of Mosaic bringing out full fruit aspects that remain throughout each sip/ Carbonation is semi medium and blends everything together. Complete balance start to finish. A well done NEIPA that deserves your attention
