So Many Beers So Little Time

Hudson Valley & Fat Orange Cat

Hudson Valley (NY)

Archangel 9% DIPA

DDH with Citra, Racua & Motueka

Rakua imparts aroma of orange & apricot. Soft & flavorful. Light carbonation & bittering. Flavors dominate with a nice blending but there is a playful tug of war between the aspects & ends with both agreeing to share the spotlight in harmony.  Light woody notes end each sip.

A well done mix of hops that will tease the senses of more than one craft camp thanks to DDH. A sneaky 9%

Fat Orange Cat (CT)

Fat Orange Cat (CT) Baby Leprechauns IPA 5.9%

New

SO MANY BEERS SO LITTLE TIME

  2 hops (Citra & Mosaic)

Session beers are lighter in body & ABV making for a more than 1 "Session". Earthy fruit aroma, medium carbonation & very light buttering. Body is softer than some session offerings but still maintains a light posture. Flavors of citrus become the focus that starts early & is continuous always taking each sip home.

2 hops that always pair well together & here crafting an offering that will appeal to most camps
