So Many Beers So Little Time

Mighty Squirrel (MA)

Cloud Candy 6.5% DDH

3 hops (Amarillo, Mosaic & Citra)

Popular NEIPA hops with a little twist being a nutty fruit aroma & lightly dry. Somewhat tart beginning (3 sip rule) with medium bittering that blends intp hop flavors and all remains blended. Orange, tangerine & light tropical aspects are primary with orange being prominent. All others layer underneath. Bittering is in check with DDHing

Double Cloud Candy 7.8%

DDH Double NEIPA

3 hops (Mosaic Amarillo and Citra)

Orange aroma jumps out immediately. Smooth fruit flavors continually mix with light bittering and carbonation. Orange flavor is dominant and comes close to the actual taste of an orange. Slight floral notes wrap around the sip add to the bouquet this craft becomes. Subtle notes of other flavors peek out and all mix with a nice dirty Mosaic ending and take a final fruit flavor bow.  This craft will go out the door fast.

Drekker

North Dakota

Goon Platoon DIPA 8%

New

  3 hops   ( NZH 107, Citra & Belma)

Multiple fruit aromas & an herbal note.  Initial higher carbonation pushes the flavors & body to the front. The smooth soft body further enhances flavors of orange, berry & tropical compliments of all 3 hops blending together. Bittering is minimal at best & relegated to the end of each sip with a subtle dry note creating this offerings balance.

Hazy tropical fans will want to try this.
