Tripping Animals (FL) /Mast Landing (ME) On the Loose 8.7%

5 hops ( Citra, Citra cryo, Simcoe, Idaho 7 & Idaho 7 cryo)

3 sip rule  ...

Dry orange aroma with light earthy undertones.  Medium carbonation mixes into medium bittering while we wait for flavors which appear 3 sips in & take control thereafter.

An interesting mix of cryo hops that keep the flavor dominance while still letting bittering aspects to remain along with the consistent earthy nuance.

Sloop (NJ)

Bomb the Mountain 6.2%

1 hop (Mosaic)

All  contributions of Mosaic are on display beginning with an earthy fruit aroma. A drier earthy start that remains constant. With that said a softer side begins to show itself a bit further in with notes of orange & citrus. Carbonation keeps this on the NEIPA crisp side. Body as well backs up this style.

All aspects are layered by sip end & lightly blended together keeping the offering from falling out of bed.

 A true NEIPA all around.

No Santa 6.5% NEIPA

2 hops ( Mosaic & Motueka)

Earthy aroma with light fruit notes. Semi dry beginning with medium carbonation & bittering that remain constant throughout. Orange flavors are out front with grapefruit & earthy notes that sneak in as you go.  Flavor is slightly dominant.

Bittering is somewhat stronger than the usual NEIPA but with that being said All aspects are layered keeping them  smooth. Enhanced flavor as this warms.

IPA & NEIPA fans will find this another quality craft from this brewer
